Impact Report
The Darwin Tree of Life (DToL) has been an international forerunner in producing high-quality chromosome-scale genome assemblies, making them freely available at scale.
We wanted to understand the impact that DToL and its reference genomes have had, both locally and globally.
To do this, we reached out to our collaborators, researchers who have requested and used our reference genomes, and those who have analysed data from our 2,000+ species to better understand the project’s impact.
